Complaints Handling Policy

At Educapital, we are committed to addressing any complaints efficientlyand transparently. In compliance with regulatory guidelines, we have implemented a formal process to handle client and prospect complaints.

Educapital undertakes to acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 10 business days and aim to provide a response within two months following the date of receipt, unless exceptional circumstances arise. Educapital will process complaints with the greatest care and specifies that is processing is free of charge.
